After an assessment, we partner to apply the data to create an action plan. Finally, you are assisted in the implementation and success of achieving desired outcomes.

Organization Strategy

Team Work
Attuned Results views teamwork as striking the optimal balance between relational skills and task focus. We partner with all the members of the team to come up with solutions. Virtual Teams
After having completed extensive research on virtual teaming we have come up with a method for driving effective virtual team work. First we assess the current state of your team. Our belief is that virtual team work is similar in make up to face-to-face teams, only the challenges towards efficiency are that much greater. After our assessment together we design and implement an approach driving towards overall effectiveness.
Coaching
Attuned Results will customize coaching programs, with a complimentary initial appointment to determine the best strategy for your goals. Here is a suggested way to arrange our coaching, however, depending on your schedule and needs we can come up with alternative plans:
One 90-minute discovery and goal session
Four 30-50 minute coaching session per month
Three-month initial commitment then month-to-month
One 40-minute integration session at conclusion

Complimentary initial coaching sessions:
This no-charge 30-minute session is a good place to ask general questions and get a sense for how we work. During our first meeting, we will look at the big-picture and any challenges you face. At the conclusion of the session we decide whether we'd like to continue. If so we set up an initial contract.
